Florida Politics reports Driskell defeated Rayner in the Democratic primary (over 54% in Pinellas, nearly 63% in Hillsborough) and, with no Republican in the race, will succeed term-limited Sen. Darryl Rouson . Not expected on the Nov. 3 ballot.
