Dean Abrams is a Sarasota-based NPA candidate who describes himself as not a career politician. He says he spent three decades in enterprise technology and management consulting with Microsoft, HP, KPMG and other firms, and helped rebuild New York City first responders' emergency communications after Sept. 11.
