Republican incumbent elected in 2022 with more than 70 percent of the vote. At the county's final budget hearing on Sept. 18, 2026 Hall voted with a 3-2 majority to cut the Conservation Collier land-acquisition tax, which let the board reach the rolled-back rate and avoid an increase of about $13 a year for the owner of a home taxed at $400,000. He had proposed reducing the conservation millage at an earlier hearing. All five commissioners then adopted the FY2027 budget of more than $3 billion.
